Last updated: September 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Truezone Inc. ("Truezone," "Outcart," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you access or use Outcart, including our website, product leaderboards, product listings, Boost functionality, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Outcart is operated by:

Truezone Inc.

Email: contact@truezone.io

By using Outcart, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Outcart.

Information You Provide

When you submit a product, purchase a Boost, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Service, you may provide information such as:

  • product URLs;
  • product names;
  • brand names;
  • product images;
  • product categories;
  • market selections;
  • Boost amounts;
  • information included in communications you send to us; and
  • other information you voluntarily provide.

Outcart does not require a user account for ordinary product submissions or Boosts.

Payment Information

Payments for Boosts are processed through third-party payment service providers.

When you make a payment, the payment provider may collect information such as:

  • your name;
  • email address;
  • billing address;
  • payment method information;
  • transaction information;
  • tax information; and
  • other information necessary to process the transaction.

Outcart does not need to directly store your complete credit or debit card number.

We may receive limited transaction information from our payment provider, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, amount, currency, customer information, refunds, chargebacks, and other information necessary to operate and reconcile Boost payments.

Information Collected Automatically

When you access Outcart, certain technical information may be collected automatically, including:

  • IP address;
  • browser type;
  • device type;
  • operating system;
  • referring page or website;
  • pages or features accessed;
  • timestamps;
  • request and security logs; and
  • other basic technical information associated with your use of the Service.

We may use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Outcart.

2. Market and Location Information

Outcart operates different product markets.

We may use general location information derived from technical signals, such as an IP address or information supplied by our hosting infrastructure, to determine an appropriate market for a visitor.

This information may identify a country or general geographic area. Outcart does not require precise GPS location information for its ordinary functionality.

You may also manually select or change your market where that functionality is available.

3. Product Submissions

When you submit a product URL, Outcart may process that URL to obtain or assist in identifying product information.

This may include information such as:

  • product name;
  • brand;
  • product image; and
  • other information necessary to create or validate a product listing.

If product information cannot be obtained automatically, you may be asked to provide the required information manually.

Information associated with an accepted product listing may become publicly visible on Outcart.

Do not submit information that you do not want displayed publicly where the submission interface indicates that the information forms part of the public listing.

4. Boost and Transaction Information

When you purchase a Boost, we process information necessary to:

  • initiate checkout;
  • identify the applicable product;
  • determine the Boost amount;
  • confirm payment;
  • apply the Boost;
  • update product rankings;
  • prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions;
  • process refunds or payment reversals where applicable;
  • maintain financial and transaction records; and
  • resolve payment disputes.

Payment confirmation may be communicated to Outcart by our payment provider.

We may retain transaction records where necessary for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and operation of the Service.

5. Outbound Clicks

Outcart may record when visitors click product links that redirect to external stores, marketplaces, manufacturers, or other third-party websites.

We use this information to operate features such as lifetime outbound click counts and to understand how listings are used.

Click-related information may include:

  • the product or listing clicked;
  • the time of the click;
  • technical information associated with the request; and
  • information used to distinguish ordinary visitor activity from automated or abusive traffic.

Public listings may display aggregated click counts.

6. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through Outcart to:

  • provide and operate the Service;
  • create and display product listings;
  • process and confirm Boosts;
  • calculate and display rankings;
  • maintain different markets and categories;
  • record outbound product clicks;
  • process refunds and payment reversals;
  • detect and prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and security threats;
  • enforce our Terms of Service;
  • investigate technical problems;
  • maintain and improve the Service;
  • respond to inquiries and legal requests;
  • comply with accounting, tax, regulatory, and other legal obligations; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

7. Public Information

Outcart is a public product leaderboard.

Information displayed in a product listing may be publicly accessible, including:

  • product name;
  • brand;
  • product image;
  • product URL or destination;
  • category;
  • market;
  • ranking;
  • Boost totals or related ranking information; and
  • aggregated outbound click counts.

Product listing information should therefore be considered public once published.

Boosting a product does not necessarily make the identity of the person who paid for the Boost publicly visible.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Outcart may use cookies or similar browser technologies where necessary to operate website functionality, remember preferences, maintain market selection, improve security, and support other essential features.

Some service providers used by Outcart may also use cookies or similar technologies in connection with their services.

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

You can control certain cookie behavior through your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may affect parts of the Service.

9. How We Share Information

We may share information with third parties where reasonably necessary to operate Outcart.

These may include:

Payment Providers

Payment information and transaction details may be processed by our payment service providers to complete Boost payments, handle taxes where applicable, prevent fraud, process refunds, and manage payment disputes.

Hosting and Infrastructure Providers

We may use third-party providers for hosting, databases, file storage, content delivery, security, and other technical infrastructure.

These providers may process technical information necessary to provide their services.

Professional Advisers

We may share information with lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, and other professional advisers where reasonably necessary.

Legal and Compliance Purposes

We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • enforce our Terms of Service;
  • investigate fraud or abuse;
  • protect the security or integrity of Outcart;
  • protect the rights, property, or safety of Truezone Inc., our users, or others; or
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Business Transfers

If Truezone Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

10. Third-Party Product Websites

Outcart contains links to external stores, marketplaces, manufacturers, and other websites.

When you leave Outcart and visit a third-party website, that website may collect information about you according to its own privacy policy.

Truezone Inc. does not control the privacy practices of third-party product websites.

You should review the privacy policy of the website where you intend to make a purchase.

11. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why we process it.

For example, we may retain:

  • product listing information while a listing remains part of Outcart;
  • Boost and transaction records as necessary for financial, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes;
  • security and technical logs for a reasonable period necessary to protect and operate the Service; and
  • communications for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the relevant inquiry or dispute.

We may retain information for longer where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet service, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You use Outcart at your own risk and should exercise appropriate care when submitting information online.

13. International Data Transfers

Truezone Inc. is based in the United States, and Outcart may use service providers located in the United States and other countries.

As a result, information may be processed or stored outside the country where you live.

Where required by applicable data protection law, we use appropriate mechanisms or safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

14. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.

These may include the right to:

  • request access to personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of certain personal information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • request portability of certain information;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • lodge a complaint with an applicable data protection authority.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to exceptions under applicable law.

To exercise a privacy right, contact us at contact@truezone.io.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

15. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Where applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis for processing personal information, we process information under one or more of the following bases:

  • Contract: where processing is necessary to provide a requested Service or process a Boost transaction.
  • Legitimate interests: where processing is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, prevent abuse of, and improve Outcart, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.
  • Consent: where we specifically request your consent for particular processing.

Where applicable, you may contact the relevant supervisory authority if you believe your data protection rights have been violated.

16. United States Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under state law, including rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain copies of certain personal information.

Certain state laws may also provide rights relating to the sale or sharing of personal information or the use of personal information for targeted advertising.

Outcart does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

If our practices change in a manner that creates additional obligations under applicable state privacy laws, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required choices or notices.

Requests may be submitted to contact@truezone.io.

17. Children's Privacy

Outcart is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Service.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Outcart in violation of applicable law, contact us at contact@truezone.io and we will review the matter.

Additional age requirements may apply to paid transactions depending on applicable law and the requirements of our payment providers.

18. Do Not Track

Some browsers provide a "Do Not Track" signal.

There is currently no universally accepted standard governing how websites must respond to these signals. Outcart may therefore not respond to all browser Do Not Track signals.

Where applicable law requires recognition of specific browser-based privacy preference signals, we will handle those signals as required.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Outcart, our service providers, our data practices, or applicable law.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by other appropriate means where required by law.
